WE-HQ Development and Fitout
The physical building of the space and fitout of the core infrastructure is our main priority.  From there the rest of the projects can be formally launched and a community resource can be utilized.

Event Management
Our all-ages drug and alcohol-free events provide young people with hands-on experience in event management. They work alongside experienced event managers to gain an understanding of what is involved in creating safe, well-organised and fun events.

Deejay Mentoring
Youth wishing to have a go at deejaying are mentored by established DJ professionals over a 10-week course, culminating in a live performance in front of an audience of peers, family and other youth.

Music Recording Studio
Those with an interest in music recording and production are mentored by music industry professionals, utilising the band practice room for recording and the production studio for electronic music production

Band Practice Room
Young bands looking for somewhere suitable and affordable to practice are invited to make use of our purpose-built practice room and recording space. This will give a platform to record their first song and launch them into the music industry.

Youth Created Media
Under the guidance of radio professionals, young people with an interest in media develop content for a youth podcasting service and local FM stations.

Media and Promotions
Members produce the Trust’s regular electronic newsletters and also coordinate the promotion of Trust events in Christchurch secondary schools.

First Response and Health Care Services (WE Care)
A team of volunteers promote youth health initiatives and are also trained to provide first response at Trust events, ensuring the safety of all those who attend our events.
